Who Is Eligible?
The SBV YES Learnership targets youth interested in learning and gaining work exposure. Although requirements may change yearly, applicants should meet these expectations:

Before submission, ensure all the information provided is accurate and current. While a CV with little experience is not a big problem, it should reflect skills like communication, dependability, enthusiasm, teamwork, and a positive attitude towards learning.
What Happens After Applying?
When application deadlines pass, SBV begins to assess each application and identifies candidates who meet the criteria. Candidates who are identified may receive invitations to take part in the SVB assessments, be interviewed, and undergo background and medical checks. Given the nature of the work SBV does involving money and other valuables, the company is extremely vigilant about integrity and professionalism in the selection process.
Successful candidates will be placed in a YES Learnership. YES Learnerships have a set duration, and participants receive a stipend each month to assist with their living costs.
